Hello,

I am taking a new job in Malvern, PA and need to relocate from outside DC. I don't know much about Philly, but I am comfortable living in the suburbs or inside Philly and commuting out for the job (I have a personal car). I am a recent college grad, and definitely want to be in areas where there is nightlife and other mid 20 year olds. I would also prefer close to a train station or public transportation in case I want to go into the city and not drive! I am a single female, so safety is key. Ok with a roommate, and looking for rent to be around $1000/mo, even less if possible. I need information on both neighborhoods in Philly and suburbs so I can weigh my options! Thanks so much in advance.
