Hi and advice please:

I am looking for a safe place to live, preferably with a pleasant view as opposed to one window facing a two feet from a solid brick wall. Has to have Internet access of some sort, would love to keep it under $1100 before utilities, or about $1500 with.

SWF in 30s, with one cat, self employed for over 15 years as an antique dealer, looking to move in the next two months to Philadelphia for a year.

I am self employed. Do not mind the Philly suburb as long as I can pick up a train or bus, but preferably train.

Not interested in Jersey, like, not at all.

Reasonably quiet would be great, but can tolerate some noise. Construction is not a problem, bed bugs or history of is a no way. Studio or small apartment is fine as I will have a working area elsewhere.

Thanks

Abby

Probably, although you might have to pay a little more with the cat. What do you mean about Internet -- you want it to be included? I've never heard of that. Noise, well, that usually just goes hand in hand with city life. You adapt. Have you been checking the papers? Also, There is a list of questions posted somewhere in this forum that are helpful to answer in your post to get people to help you. I think you will get more responses if you answer those questions.

Thanks for the ideas. I think I pretty much answered everything except I prefer Pepsi. Can't any body Name a place.i didn't realize people would get so stumped. Never mind the Internet question.

Where in Philly can I live with one cat, in safety for a studio or one bed for under or around $1100.

Just name a place you think fits.
