Agreed on Stogie Joes and Earth Bread, Brewery (and now also Pizzeria Nonna in Germantown).

Also really like Francoluigi's and Santucci's.

My favorite tomato pie is still Marchianno's in Manayunk.

For a good sit-down Neapolitan pie:

Nomad Pizza (and their other location, Nomad Roman)
Pizzeria Vetri
Pitruco (Truck, with a brick oven trailer. They often sit by love park, 30th street station, Penn, and other locations. Check online for where they will be)
