Back in the mid/late 2000's there was a store next to the Staples on Sproul Road in Springfield, PA:

It is now a Verizon according to google maps. Either that, or it was a store nearby that was torn down. It was a scummy store, and I went in there once and never again. I got out fast. Maybe a sleazy department type of store for locals??

I no longer live in the area, but am trying to remember the name for the life of me. Thanks for any ideas!

You mean the big giant store? There used to be a Value City on the property where the Giant is now located. That wasn't the nicest looking store in the world.

Long before it was Value City it was known as Korvettes. I bought many albums in the record department there. My first purchase was the Partridge Family.

In between Korvettes and Value City it was Dry Goods. :-)
