a recent grad friend got job and is looking to live in the area . Needs help in finding decent apartments in and around 19380 zipcode:

When are you moving? SEPT 16
Where are you coming from? PHILLY
Why are you moving? JOB
Where will you be working? NEAR ENTERPRISE DRIVE
Have you been here yet? YES

Will you buy or rent? RENT

If renting, are you looking for an apartment, a townhouse or loft? How much can you spend? $800-$1200

Not quite sure what you actually need help with. You stated the area - in and around 19380 zip code. So just look on Hotpads or Craigslist for rentals under $1200. Seems pretty easy unless I'm missing something?

Also, if he/she doesn't get a place immediately, they live in the city. They can commute to West Chester until they find something. Not the end of the world.
