The lot on Green Lane is actually very affordable on a monthly basis, and the nightly rate is only $5. People illegally park on my street and get $74 tickets for blocking a fire hydrant when they could spend $5 for a lot spot a couple blocks away.
That lot is only $5 if you move your car by like 7am (I think it's actually $10, not $5). I've had several friends try to park there thinking it was a super cheap rate. I think the usual rate is $20. That's where I parked my car and it's only $65 per month.

I've had a few friends pay the $5 early bird rate and leave after 7 am without any issue. It might be $10 on certain days, not sure. I don't think it's patrolled often, or maybe they don't care
