Bikes are included in traffic-they were making a larger point about society at large and our dependence on the automobile and gas.

Non-motorized vehicles are not allowed on interstates, regardless of how prevalent they are in society.

Anyone who cares for the future of Philly should be concerned about such unbecoming behavior.
It used to be teens used to misbehave at the mall on Friday or Saturday night but now they are resulting to violent crimes.

The best thing that can happen is to lock them up in juvie and hopefully serve as a deterrent to their peers. And when they grow up, you would hope they kill each other as they are of no good to the society.
