No constructor ask people to post negative rating for money!
If he did a shoddy job for you, then you can call the BBB & complain about him. Then they will try to mediate a settlement between you. he is unlikely to pay or comply but at least then it is on the BBB records.

evening sun, thank you for your suggestion. Sad part of our society is money talk society and criminals pay to solve their crimes. Everybody knows what some dishonest police do. take money from criminals and let criminals to go.
Police men and police women are people too some are honest and some other are dishonest.
I don't want to say if BBB is trust worthy or not. People need to find out.

Orange:

You have to do research. Don't listen to naysayers.

1. People are creatures of habit: where does the main bottle washer live? Paper those banks in the area with levies.

2. Did you pay this person? Look at that transaction. Google whatever you find.

3. It's likely there is an account in another state. Simply register the judgment and levy any that might be it.

4. Hire a skiptracer.

5. What banks does he have loans with.

6. Talk to any disgruntled employees.

7 best for last, go thru his trash. Best way to get what u need.

LostinJoisey, I remember when he was telling me that he put all his money in his son's account but he is ripping off too many people by taking money and without finishing work he supposed to do and doing shockingly low quality of work and disappear,
I think he is having tough time to find job. He served jail sentence and has long criminal record. I have no idea how BBB can give people with long history of criminal activities A+ rating! When people trust rating blindly, they fall in victims.
My guess is all his employees have criminal record but if I can find them maybe I can have some useful information.
Somebody suggested me to call channel 3,6, or 10 for investigation but I don't go there yet. He removed front and back security lights for reason but my house is twin house and what dividing my house and next door is nothing but just wall plus I have security dog to warn me if somebody get near our houses. Needless to say, it it necessary for me to have more security system and security camera installed.
