Oh, definitely. Like I said there are amazing houses around there. Houses that would be extremely expensive to duplicate today.

Would you consider Lansdowne? Not that far away. A friend of mine made the move from Hazel Avenue in West Philly to Lansdowne some years ago, and she couldn't be happier. And she has a beautiful apartment on a quiet, tree-lined street.
