Looking for recommendations for specific rental apartment or townhouse complexes in Newtown or Yardley that cater to young professional families. Job in Bristol (Solvay) and UPenn (been using Septa for that commute). Have one year before our grandson enters public school, so good elementary school districts are the top priority.

When we first moved to Newtown, we rented in Newtown Grant before we found a house to buy. This is an HOA with condos, townhomes, and single family. We rented a 3 BR townhouse on a culdesac for a year. It was a very family friendly neighborhood. My kids came home from school and just went outside and there were kids (age about 5-12) outside playing every evening. Council Rock is a 10-rated district on great schools, so there are a lot of families with kids.

Don't go to Village of Pennbrook if you don't want your car stolen. Not a good area.
