The family and I are looking to relocate to the Bucks/Montgomery Co.’s Between Allentown and Philly areas.
My brother in law and his family recently moved to Doylestown and we look to be somewhere near there. Currently looking for opportunities in Allentown, Philly and Western NJ. Wife a nurse and I work in security.

In the research stage but any more detailed info would be greatly appreciated.

I would check out Souderton and Lansdale.

Southeast Pennsylvania real estate is getting pricey fast. Unfortunately, 300k does not go as far as it use too here.

I might suggest areas around Macungie like Lower Macungie Township, where you can find a real nice house on a large lot well within your price range. It's in the highly rated East Penn School District. Nearby upper Milford Township is also in the same school district and many Lehigh Valley professionals live there but real estate prices are on the expensive side. 1 hour drive to Philly and not very far from Quakertown and Upper Bucks.
