The "elite team" believer will probably still post something else about all of the "elitism".

I'm not seeing anyone wearing Eagle stuff right now. But I do see sixers, flyers, and phillies gear.

Believe it or not, with the injury to Alex Smith, the Redskins will fall and the Eagles could still win the division. I can see two or even three teams finishing 8-8, which of course would come down to the divisional record. One last chance; that hopefully the shellacking by the Saints serves as a wake-up call. One can only hope. Other then that the Cowboys will win the division, which I absolutely hate.

The eagles haven't been over .500 all season and lost to a divisional rival so now they are supposed to go on some type of run? lol Every time they have .500 this season they fall right back below and what is going to suddenly change with 6 games left?

BTW: the game against vs the Giants this sunday is not a lock

Colt McCoy is better than Alex Smith

I don't think the Eagles have hit rock bottom yet which they need to do to get rid of the Super Bowl hangover. They will lose to the Giants, and that will be rock bottom. It will finally stop people from thinking, and saying they can "still win the Division". They can't. They suck. Time to rebuild, especially the O line, and Secondary.

Beckham will run all over their secondary Sunday. Watch.

This massive collapse will set the stage for years of losing again.

Doug Pederson should fall on his sword and leave after the season since he says he has no answers.

If they finish 8-8 or 7-9 and make the playoffs I will not support them. I do not cheer for teams under .500 in the playoffs. The NFL should make a rule stating teams that finish below .500 in weak divisions are eliminated automatically and teams that have a better records are given a bye.

Carolina did it a few years back. You could make the argument in all sports, that teams with the best records advance regardless as to the division. But at any rate if the Eagles would some how pull it off and advance, the fans would be elated. As a season ticket holder I was gonna give away my ticket for Sunday but changed my mind. If they indeed loose to the Giants, I will most certainly skip the remaining 2 home games.

Good Lord, kyb, you really are a native Philadelphian. The Eagles just won the championship last season for the first time in almost 60 years and after a half season, we are settling in for "years of losing agin". Yeesh.
