The Trump Administration threatened the city with a cutoff of federal grants due to the city's non-cooperation with immigration authorities. Marjorie Rendell, the former spouse of Gov. Ed Rendell, wrote the unanimous decision of the 3rd Circuit. One more win for the sanctuary crowd.

It's a good thing the current "leaders" of our Executive Branch in DC are so well-versed in the Constitution and only take actions that will withstand federal court rulings and not waste any of our tax dollars on constantly instigating nonsensical legal proceedings.

Oh wait, nevermind.
