Hey all!

Moving from the southern end of Graduate Hospital to 12th and chestnut at the end of June. Looking forward to living in a super sweet loft! If any of you live in the White Building by chance, come say Hi!

This is cool! Here's why. Ten years or so years ago living there would have been pretty unthinkable although it's the northern fringe of the gayborhood.

Yes! You can still see some of the older dilapidated stores as signs of a different time, but I'm hoping these will soon be cleared out as it's a bit of an eye sore but thrilled with all the awesome amenities and vibrancy! Looks like there's been a lot of great development the past few years that side of broad.

You would have had star chef and one-half of the lesbian power couple who run some of Wash West's finest restaurants, Marcie Tunney, for a neighbor had you moved in a year ago.

I featured Tunney's top-floor condo in The White Building when she put it up for sale last year. i suspect it's been sold. Do you live on the top floor?

I used to live two blocks south of this building, from 2001 to 2011. I still pop into Gayborhood bars from time to time. In fact, what with it being Pride weekend, I'm about to go do that now. Maybe you'll run into me?

Invite me over for dinner, please!

This is one of those rare residences that really does have a "chef's kitchen" by definition.
