Is Bradley Cooper's Rocket Racoon voice a Philly accent?

Bradley Cooper is an american actor. I believe he is a Son from the City of Brotherly Love. He does the voice for Rocket Raccoon. Rocket Raccoon is a character in the films: Guardians of the Galaxy 1/2, and Avengers Infinity War/Endgame.

Here is how he sounds. Is this an old school Philly accent?

Ok, I just wondering what the inspiration for the voice is. Seeing as Bradley Cooper is a native of Philly, I just thought there exists a link.

He grew up in Rydal/ Jenkintown, suburbs of Phila. He has never, to my knowledge, lived in the city. His dad was a stock broker or something like that so he's always been upper middle class and now he's part of the 1%. He went to Georgetown for college.

I found it funny and odd that in Silver Linings Playbook he was playing a working class Philly-ite but didn't do anything to create an old school Phila. accent while Jackie Weaver, who played his mother and comes from Australia, did.

Cooper can’t even do aPhill accent. On Silver linings playbook interview cooper was asked about it but couldn’t do one, supposedly a big local Philly dude.

Didn’t what’s her name from Kentucky do or try to do the accent in the movie? Didn’t see it.

I really don’t think of Philly when I see or hear Cooper. No way was he around any working class accents, let alone the Philly one.

As I said he has never had anything to do with blue collar Philly ever. He has remained an Eagles fan though.

If you mean Jennifer Lawrence who is from Kentucky, nope, not her either.

Because the owner lets him sit in the owner's box with him and that strokes his ego.

Well yes.

But he is and was a legit Eagles fan before that. I don't think it's fake. He was born here. And he lived in the house he grew up in for a long time after he started getting famous.
