Hi, can someone provide some advice of condos around the Lancaster Ave and the Wynnewood Rd in Wynnewood. Thinking to buy a condo at 1219 Wynnewood, or 346 E Lancaster Ave. Thanks a million.

Both are older buildings, good location though (w/in walking distance of Wynnewood station, Whole Foods). Depends on the amenities you're looking for. 1219 has a pool, 346 does not. I think 1219 may have some units with balcony(outdoor) space, 346 does not. Both have parking. Probably depends on layout of unit and upgrades too.

Wynnewood not the cheapest area. Lancaster Av and shopping is walkable. Also a bus available on Lancaster Av. Keep in mind many businesses on or near the mainline aren't like they city open 24/7. Also if you need offsite storage not that much in that area. Hopefully you don't need anything but your condo. Good news is you're close to City Line Ave and West Phila. Some consider that bad news as well. Traffic at rush hour won't be fun but it isn't in most places.
