Rolls are no good. Food businesses that serve cheesesteaks should start offering pumpernickel, rye, or whole wheat as breaed choices. Rolls are not good for you. A cheesesteak with peppers on Pumpernickel would be awesome. Also a Cheesesteak salad would be good as well. Pennsylvanians need to eat better.

I don't know if a salad would be any healthier. You're just throwing a little lettuce on the same steak and cheese and add dried bread for croutons. Once you add dressing (which I'm betting would be more on the creamy side), it would might even be a little worse.

Ummm....isn't it kind of pointless to worry about the bread being good for you when you're eating a CHEESESTEAK??? That steak and cheese that's on there is not exactly green beans and carrots, you know.

I woudn't want to imagine a life of eating only healthy food. Now, on the other hand, I wouldn't want to go overboard and eat artery-clogging junk all the time either. Everything in moderation...
