I can tell by the old Pepsi sign its been there over 30 years. Went there for the first time tonight and was blown away by the steak.

It's been there for a long time. I am 30 and have lived in the area all my life...so yeah its OLD lol maybe a bit more than me.

Do they use something bedsides the standard 7 oz frozen ribeye? Don’t get me wrong, I have no issue with the standard steak from a pizza place but they are just that, standard – frozen steaks from Sysco and an Amoroso or equivalent roll. With that being the case, I’m not sure how you can be blown away unless they are doing something “non-standard”, i.e. fresh sliced steak on a Sarcone roll.

Amoroso is fine for steaks but for hoagies sarcone is best
