A sort of related issue: turn lanes. Philadelphia drivers have no idea how to use a turn lane. They get halfway in it, or they wait until the absolute last moment possible to use it, braking in the driving lane the entire time.

aggressive driving knows no boundaries..it's bad everywhere..getting worse each year it seems..
