Diversity.

And easy access to Center City and some very nice developments.

AND they could save some money by buying a less expensive house.

Pennsylvania Demographics

White: 80.53% Black or African American: 11.18% ... Native American: 0.19% Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander: 0.03%

Take your straw man and stop using it.

Of course she answered "diverse" to the questionnaire. It's a ridiculous question inviting attacks and cancel culture.

Don't go there with me you're talking to a life long Philadelphian. We've ALWAYS been "diverse". My maid of honor in 1979 is black. My BFF at the phone company moved to Willingboro NJ (black) and her grandmother refused to leave West Philly because she didn't want to leave her bookie. My mother had a cleaning lady who refused to move in with us up in the Northeast with her remaining grandson after her family kept getting shot at 48th and Baltimore because it was "home" to her.

When the phone company moved a particular office out of downtown to Levittown all the employees were transferred. They were "city people" and happened to be 90% black. ICYMI, the phone company was ALSO high percentage black employees historically. Probably about 50-50.

They were all furious. Because :Levittown. OMG OMG white people white neighborhood!!

Not a single person moved to Bucks County to improve their commute. And if you're local you KNOW there are plenty of minorities in parts of Bucks. There was also cultural division in the office and it wasn't brought by the locals.

CHOICES. So just stop the inference.

Name one. And who are YOU to say what they should spend. Wow talk about trying to downgrade someone's life just to play politics.

LOL and no it's not "easy access" to Center City. They'd have to drive all the way over to Cornwells Heights for the train. IN TRAFFIC.

Just because Bensalem has some slightly more diversity or history like Concord Park doesn't mean everyone has to move there to virtue signal.

Bensalem has a crime rate that is higher than 87% of the state's cities and towns of all sizes

No thanks ... the areas you keep mentioning are not very diverse. Bensalem IS diverse. The OP wants diversity.

I have no idea why you're rambling on about all the black people you know.

Here you go:
https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/6.../8952227_zpid/

It's a ten minute drive to the train station ... and the traffic isn't too bad getting there.

I'm not telling them what they should spend, but most people like saving money. I'd be happy if somebody kept $$$ in their pocket.
Try again.

Now try finding them a diverse area.

ICYMI I EDITED: I noticed Toll Brothers advertising new communities. You probably know about them from Texas. You can check it out. But you really need to come here ASAP to get the vibes of all the different communities.

You said "some very nice developments."

I said name ONE [development].

So you found one random house? LOL means nothing. It's been on the market for over 100 days, has NO COMPS in that price range AT ALL, and will never sell for 765K.

I guess you didn't hit "street view". What a MESS of a street. and asking 765K is hilarious.

You know EXACTLY why I'm referencing all the black people in my life since you started with the racism in your reply to ME.

There’s some nice new construction in that price range in the Borough of Ambler, which has a similar amount of diversity and fairly easy train access to Center City.

The Ardmore section of Lower Merion could also work out well if they’re open to new construction condos. There aren’t many new construction single family homes, but they can definitely find something nicely rehabbed in that price range.

I have no idea why you're babbling about the three black people in your life.

I didn't ask you about them.

And, yeah, there are some nice developments in Bensalem. Village Green is very nice ... 3,4,5 hundred thousand dollar homes.

The street looks very nice on that link, it's not a MESS. Guess you have the highest of standards. lol
