From what I have found on the Philadelphia Visitor Center website, it appears that the observation deck of Philadelphia City Hall has reopened to the public this month for the first time since March 2020. This is some good news and this comes long after most tourist attractions in Philadelphia reopened. https://www.phlvisitorcenter.com/CityHallTowerTour

Awesome. I think it's a neat thing to do as a tourist. City Hall was the tallest building in the world from 1894-1908

The momentum in Center City is back (tourists, school trips, etc.), seems like a no brainer for an entity re-open the space.

I agree, especially since One Liberty Observation Deck could hold more people than City Hall Observation Deck and unlike City Hall, was actually wheelchair accessible and accessible for those who need walking aids.
