Here is my situation now.
I'm considering renting the 2nd floor of a 3 story victorian twin home.
There is no one in the 1st or 3rd floors. There is central heating (gas powered).
Controls are on first floor and will be set by landlord.
If the thermostat for the house is set to 60F, how much can I expect the heating bill to be ?

I forgot to mention, the 2nd floor has 2 rooms, 1 small kitchen and one small bathroom, approx 450 sq feet. I expect downstairs to be the same. The third floor should be about 200sq ft.

Yes asking the prior home owner could get you the right answer or you could have me come out and do a home energy audit on your house to see how much i could save you in a year! I am with Gehman Custom Remodeling in Harleysville we have an infered camera that works great for seeing where you need to add insulation! I also have a great energy efficient window made by Marvin called the Infinity window! It is a fiberglass window that will outlast and out preform any other window that i know of!
Thanks Elijah
