What?! Lol. First of all, that happens in every city. Second of all, I would argue that Philadelphia certainly has the most loyal fans. Our teams don't win often but we are still die hard and passionate about them. SO we don't really support one team... who cares? We still have legions of die hard fans who support the Phillies, Eagles, Flyers and Union through thick and thin, no matter what. IDK why the Sixers haven't been popular lately but just because we don't support one team doesn't mean we are bandwagon fans. You people are ridiculous. Stop overacting and name calling to everything.

I don't blame the fans totally it's the philly sports media that controls who the fans root for in this town. Whenever one team loses, the local media encourages fans to forget about it and move to the next team.

Just like how the eagles would lose all those years in the NFC championship and right after that the local media would say....."Go Flyers" Which was dumb because not all eagles fans watch hockey.

True lol. The media does tend to do that. But look at the Eagles... they haven't won anything since the 60s, although they have been to the Super Bowl several times since then, just haven't won... but the fans still support them. I just think Philadelphia doesn't really care for the NBA... because I know college basketball is popular and widely supported.

False, this town has more eagles fans in it than any other team in the city.
