I did a little research via Google, and this seems to be the best bet. Take the SEPTA R5 train (Lansdale/Doylestown) from Philadelphia into Doylestown:

http://www.septa.org/service/rr_schedules.html

Then take the bus (Trans-Bridge Lines) into New Hope:

http://www.transbridgebus.com/sched_frenchny.htm

I'm not familiar with Trans-Bridge Lines (just found them on the 'Net), so I'd give them a call and see if this is a viable plan before you go. Good luck!

Thank you so much. I was checking connection out and I think it may work. The other option was train to Trenton and cab.

If you're thinking of taking a cab, I think it would be more economical to take one from Doylestown to New Hope (approximately 10 miles) vs. Trenton (approximately 15 miles).

Might be easier to rent a car for a day, if that's an option.
