My vote is for New Hope/Solebury. (had to chime in, although I know you're looking for other peoples opinions obviously)

I like Doylestown. Honestly, though I've only visited all of those places and don't live close enough to know them well. I go to Doylestown once a year for a craft show and always think what a neat town it is. I especially like their old theater.

I grew up in New Hope (so yeah, bit biased) but honestly, if you have no commute at all I would choose Dtown. So much more to do, imho, if your stuck home alone.

Now you are finally talking sense. New Hope/Solebury by a mile. Don't give it another thought.

Central Bucks SD is one of the best in this area so Doylestown is a no brainer when you factor in everything else it has to offer...
