My wife has a flight leaving from Newark, NJ at 12:15 PM. I'm driving her there on a Friday, non-holiday weekend. Leaving from the far Northeast Philadelphia (Bustleton area), what time should we leave to make it there to get her checked in, and what would be the best route to take to get there?

Thanks

give yourself 2 hrs to get there, that should do it for a mid day drive. i would take the nj turnpike north to the garden state parkway north (exit 142), to rt 78 east, straight the the airport.

My thought would be get on the PA Turnpike East at Route 1 and then the NJ Turnpike. I'm an early freak so I'd probably leave no later then 8. The NJ Turnpike can be pretty congested the further north you go and dropping off passengers at Newark Airport can be difficult. Safe driving.

You can take the Turnpike straight to the Airport, easiest rout IMO
