Hey!

I am looking to move from New Jersey to Philly, but I am not to familiar with the area, I have been to south st but that's it. Would you say this area is ok as far as low crime rate and school system, not really worried about shopping. I have 2 children and I do want to make sure there school system is okay, I have done a little research but the information they give you, you really can't depend on it. So I am asking your advice, looking to move within 3mths, to a townhouse. Oh yeah! its close to Tasker st or something like that

You are better off staying on the east side of Broad (14th) Street.

Where exactly along 21st? Unless you're south of Snyder or north of Washington/South, it isn't the best area.

21st and Tasker is not a good area!!

In South Philly - if you plan on moving west of Broad Street make sure you are south of Passyunk Ave or North of Washington Ave. Anything in between is in pretty bad shape. East of Broad St is much better IMO except for the area roughly between 5th and 7th sts south of Washington.
