Hi All!!!

I currently live in phoenix,az - - hot!! I am originally from the east coast born in morgantown, wva. Yeah, I'm a coal miner's daughter. Grew up in Nothern Virginia, with my mom. So after moving to the "big" city, I am coming back to the east coast with my tail between my legs. . . opps!

But my problem is that I know what I want and what kind of atmosphere I want and all that, I just dont know where to find it! Yikes!!! So. . .that is where your help comes in. . . .there is always a string attatched!

I am in search of a small town, 3-5 acres, a farm house? or even a newer home- - - AFFORDABLE! But yet, close to a town where everything is, work, resturants, movies, $hopping, night life, maybe close to the beach and the virginia/maryland line. But affordable!! That is my hang up.

Any help, I'd be forever indebt for! I truly want honest, take it or leave it kind of advice!!

...all ears in phoenix

I'm a bit confused. You have this on the Philadelphia thread, which is definitely not a small town, which seems to be what you are looking for. I would suggest you put it on the Pennsylvania thread.

There are some rural communities in Bucks-Montgomery County outside of Philadelphia. Im thinking though that you may be better suited for the Lehigh Valley with the exception of Allentown. I warn everybody to stay out of that pit of a city! Actually stay out of Reading too.
