Hi Everyone,
I received this e-mail from a producer of HGTV's show House Hunters. She contacted me via an ad I have on Craigslist for our house which is for sale. They are looking for Philadelphia area buyers and agents to have on their show.
Anyway, attached to the e-mail was a press release which I cannot cut and paste because it's a PDF file, but the essential information from it is that they are looking for home buyers who:
- are closing within the next 1-2 months
- this includes buyers actively bidding on a home or newly under contract (I guess this tells us that a lot of the "hunting" and contract signing on the show is staged)
- people who are fun, enthusiastic and have a great story to tell
- purchasing a home within 90 minutes of downtown Philadelphia
