Does anyone work at University of PA? What are the pluses and minuses or working at Penn?

I am being considered for a position at Penn, so I am interested in knowing what it's like to work there.

Thanks!

I like working for Penn because the benefits are excellent and I work with great people.

Thanks freudgirl.

The location isn't a problem for me...I currently work in West Philly (near Penn) and am comfortable working there (it's not my favorite part of Philly, but it's okay and I love the Penn campus). Parking wouldn't be an issue for me because I take public transportation. Not crazy about politics, though, but I guess there's no way to avoid that in a place as huge and prestigious as Penn, right?
