I am relocating to PA through my company. I am in my early twenties and would like some advice on towns within 30 minutes of Bristol. I am looking to rent an apartment in a town with a younger crowd, things to do, and safe area. Any input would be very much appreciated, thanks!

You just described Philadelphia. Fishtown is a neighborhood just north of the downtown area and offers plenty to do, pretty safe neighborhoods and lots of younger people. It had been traditionally a blue collar/working class neighborhood close to downtown that has become the new hot neighborhood in town....similar to Williamsburg in Brooklyn or Fells Point in Baltimore.
I-95 is quickly accessible via Girard Avenue and Bristol is about a 20 minute drive north. Lots of new residents are moving in..typically younger twenty-something professionals and artists/musicians. A lot of new restaurants/bars and shops have been opening, so there is plenty going on. Center City Philadelphia is just a few minutes south so you're close to all that has to offer also.
