Hi We are relocating to Northeast Philly and need advice for nice locations. My husband will be working in Trevose area. We would like to keep his comute to 30 mins or less. We have four children 14,12,6,3 so school districts are very important. Also need good dance school in area. Looking for safe area with home price around $350,000. Would also like to be close to shopping , restaurents family things to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated Thanks!

I'd recommend Columbus, NJ in Northern Burlington County, NJ...just across the river from PA and 17 miles from Trevose. It's a straight shot on the Turnpike. You get a heck of a lot more house for your money and the schools are quite good. North Burlington is the school district. It's a safe place to live as well. Miss Sandy's Dance Steps School sure looks like fun. Miss Sandys Dance Steps!
