Being the Philly sports hater you are, I doubt you read Philadelphia sports message boards. Believe me, many people, including me, were very critical of the defense in that NFCCG against Arizona, and put the majority of the blame for that loss at the defense's feet. However, the discussion that evolved in this thread is about Donavan McNabb, not the defense. And Donavan McNabb played excellent for about 1 1/2 quarters total and mediocre for 2 1/2 quarters total in that game against Arizona. He didn't step up his play at the most important point of the game - the possession the Eagles had after Arizona reclaimed the lead. Heck, I've seen McNabb play for long enough that I was NOT confident on that Eagles' offensive possession I'm referencing, despite the fact he had played well the previous few possessions. That's the story of McNabb's career.

Most Eagles fans put most of the blame at the defense's feet but McNabb wasn't blameless for that loss either.

Mcnabb? He is a good guy...my son has his jersey, however he is always hurt...and was messing up alot last season. Although I don't like what Michael Vick did with the dogs AT ALL!! Maybe he will be some good back up help To Mcnabb.

Luck and it seems where the home team plays. If fans are rooting for your team like crazy. Although if you play home and lose..how bad does that suck.
