No wonder they can't win
I think he meant in the business world sure he has good stats. It is pro-football and sadly it is also a job..inwhich they get paid too high. But when he does retire...little boys will have their football cards..plaques..jerseies and such. Even the big boys.

That Arizona NFCCG is a microcosm of McNabb's career. He plays really, really well at times, plays very mediocre at times (actually a bit more often than when he plays really, really well), and is unable to get the job done in the absolute biggest moments.
True cause the ol boy keeps getting hurt. He just needs to make more merchantdise and pro-mos to keep the money rolling.

Default Do you know any Giants fans?

Eli didn't get booed on draft day. You guys didn't like McNabb from the start. And in the TO feud, it seemed like half the Eagles fans took TO's side even though TO was clearly at fault in the whole situation and even admits it now. Eagles fans love all their players except for McNabb. Even Randall Cuningham was beloved in Philly even when he threatened to leave. It's just strange

What are you talking about? Do you know any Giants fans? are your anywhere near New York? Do you know anything about New York Sports?

New York is the ultimate what have you done for me recently sports city their is. Eli is far form being a hero in New York City, maybe getting closer but he is no hero yet. With all the chamiponships that New York has won your really going to put Eli up there with Babe Ruth, Joe Namath, Earl Monroe, Mickey Mantle, Lou Gehrig, Lawerence Talyor, Phil Simms,etc... no way, maybe one day but not today!

Eli worshipped in New York yeah right!!! HA HA HA HA!!!!! thats pretty funny, after the loss last year to the Eagles in the playoffs, Eli took hell all over the newspapers and radio from fans, and hosts. He just won a superbowl for New York the previous season and people were saying he was very overated and couldn't throw the ball in the wind. You don't win one super bowl and now your a big star on Broadway and now your worshiped all over New York. Unless your Joe Namath who won the 1st Super Bowl for the Jets, and if the AFC didn't win that super bowl there would be no NFL as you know it, because the AFC owners would of pulled out of the league not being able to compete with the NFC since the Packers won the 1st 2 superbowl (GO JETS)!!!

New York is the toughest city to play for, there is no bigger or brighter lights than New York City, and the press will rip you a new one hear, they will follow you to the bathroom if they can dig up some dirt on you!!! Many great atheltes can't take the pressure palying in New York especially for the Yankees and implode or collapse. I do think Mcnabb is a good QB, but Mcnabb and Reid would of not lasted 11 seasons in New York. 5 NFC championships and 1 superbowl loss. Thats a looser in New York and you got to go!!!! Eric Mangini lasted 3 seasons had 2 winning seasons of the 3 years and he is gone. Tom Coughlin is no hero in New York and if he did not win the Super Bowl he would of been fired the following season. I lived in south jersey outside of philly for 16 years, and philly has not won many championships as a city in sports so you guys are more acceptable of failure down in philly. New York is the only city were a team and a player wins a championship and the next year the whole city turns on that player or team. ITS NOT STRANGE AT ALL ITS NEW YORK!!!!

Maybe not all of it, but its a big part, Tom Brady-3 superbowls, Joe Montana-4 superbowls, John Elway-2 superbowls, Troy Aikman-3 superbowls.

More superbowl winning players in the HOL then non superbowl winning players!!!!

In football Jets fans and Raiders fans are the most intimidating in the NFL, don't put a Tom Brady Jersey on and come to a Jets game your asking for a can of fresh whoopa** being opend up, and you can have the whole can. Philly fans at a Eagles game look like regular people, but Jets and Raiders fans look like thugs and gangmembers!

Out of all sports Yankee fans are the worst, if you got a death wish just put on a Red Sox Jersey and head over to the Bronx for a Yankee game. I lived by Philly and Phillies fans down in that area would even say Yankees fans are scumbags and talk to much smack, they all think there mobsters and thugs. I heard things like this down in philly and the surrounding area alot! And I am a Mets fan, but I will admit that in the Bronx Yankee baseball is like life or death!!!

A couple of years ago a Yankee fan ran over a Red Sox fan and killed him!!!!!

I agree, winning Super Bowls isn't a requirement for a great QB or for the Hall of Fame. Examples being Dan Marino, Jim Kelly, Warren Moon, Boomer Esiason, etc.
Rex Grossman of the Bears went to the Super Bowl for the 2006 season...no one would call him even a decent QB!
Getting to and winning a Super Bowl is just luck...if Santonio Holmes hadn't barely caught the ball in the last minute of the XLIII Super Bowl, the Cardinals would be the Super Bowl champs not Pittsburgh.

Yes we are a raw bunch of fans.

When you travel to South Philly with your favorite team colors that is not a Philadelphia area team. What do you expect from our fans?

People running up to you. "Hey you are not from around here. Let me show you around our town!" Not going to happen. So wear neutral colors.

Me? I'm a peaceful and harmless person, but I love going to New York spots with Eagles gear on and knowing people aren't going to talk down to me because of actions of others who have worn Eagles gear.

I still think Raider fans are the craziest though.

I've been to an Eagles-Jets game at the Meadowlands. I proudly wore my McNabb #5 and not one guy tried to intimidate me outside of the "you suck" "Eagles suck", etc. As far as I'm concerned Jets fans are harmless. I've been more intimidated at Mets and Yankees games. I'm more scared of Giants fans.

One Eagle fan told me he poured a beer on his own fan becuse he wore the wrong colors to the game and didn't wear enough green.
He's full of crap. I know this city and its fans and another fan not wearing enough of a color is about the last thing anyone would waste a beer over.
