Getting ready to relocate across the country and wanted to get the scoop on the commute situation. I'm going to be working in Wayne near the King of Prussia mall but we're currently looking at some places out near West Chester & Applebrook golf course. Planning on testing out the commute for myself before making the plunge to buy, but any insights that folks could provide on the commute times and good routes would be much appreciated!

Rt 202 freeway is only two lanes in each direction. It is a short distance but some pretty heavy traffic during rush hour. Shouldn't be too bad.

I take t everyday but I take back roads through Malvern before I get on 202. Doing that you get there without sitting on the packed portion of 202.

Yeah, it shouldn't be too bad. It shouldn't take any more than 20 minutes, but I would definitely recommend taking back roads to get you as far down up on 202 as you can. Back roads always seem to be a lot quicker during rush hour traffic than highways.

Also, at some point when you get closer to kop, 202 does turn into 3 lanes and nobody goes into the far left lane, so if you're running late, you can rip through there and make up for lost time.

I rarely see any cops on 202, and everyone goes at least 70 even though the speed limit is 55.
