just had three service calls including a complete cleaning and check of all systems. unit is 7 years old and was rather easy to start and maintained a fire throughout the season. all service persons said i should get in touch with the company but that's almost not probable.we even bought some soft coal...still nothing. what next? all starting proceedures have been followed as was always done.
