I used to live in Philly and I am trying to remember any large snowstorms or blizzards that happened from 1996 to 2001. (Obviously there was that really big one in early 96. Leave that out.)
Please give the totals of snow, too.

I remember one that was around 12 inches at the end of January 2000. Another one around a foot in winter 02/03 and another one that was just over a foot in 04/05.

I think we can expect the next big snowfall in 3 years.

I remember the storms, but can never quite remember when they happened. This is the one I was thinking of, February 17, 2003:

I remember my school taking us outside and we had snow cones. The snow then was really deep. It's hard to remember, but I think it was probably in between 13 and 18 inches. It must have been 98 or 99.

By 98 and 99 I meant 1998 and 1999 the years, not the snowfall totals. (Just in case some of you were wondering.)

Nope, the 96 Blizzard was the only major storm from that era
