I currently live in Lower Moreland Township, and i am currently looking to move in the Central Bucks School District. I have a son (10th grade) and a daughter (7th grade). What neighborhoods are nice around the area and which of the three High Schools would you recomend? we have a budget of around 480,000. thanks

I would look in Doylestown near the courthouse/downtown area, right outside of town there are quite a few very nice houses in your price range for sale currently. They are in good neighborhoods, w/ good schools, etc.

thanks, but we need a 3/4 bedroom house/town home with a large basement with room for another bedroom because there would be four kids and two adults. I dont think there were any in our price range in the Borough

I just checked and there are currently 6 homes for sale in the actual Boro under 480k that are 4 bedrooms with full basements... Also there are another 40 listings outside of the Boro but still in Doylestown that fit that same criteria.
