hi, have you ever thought about the meaning to be a human being in this life?
A human being is simply a biological organism.
We make our own meaning, though I understand that some people deeply long to have some sort of external meaning (whatever that even means) bestowed upon them.
I often think of what a lucky accident of biology we all are. We might have been a bug, or a worm, or a bird, but we get to be humans.
Then, I think of how amazing we are and the great things we are capable of, like the pyramids and the Brooklyn Bridge and the Great Cathedrals. It’s a shame everyone doesn’t aim high, because we are capable of so much.

Everyone does aim high. High is at different levels for everyone.
I often wonder what is the purpose of humanity. What is the end-all, be-all of our vaunted existence? Are we supposed to develop a high-tech society filled with machines that will cater to our every whim, so none of us would have to lift a finger? Sounds kinda boring to me, and the end result would be wimpy humans who'd not survive for a minute in the wilderness. Are we supposed to find a way to make everyone a super-genius, linked to a god-like AI that can answer/solve every question/problem we can dream up? I don't think that's gonna work - don't ask me me why.
It'd be nice to have an action plan for the human race, so we can at least work towards a common goal. Alas, there is no so such thing. This is probably why I sometimes feel so incredibly alone, even in an ultra-crowded world of nearly 8 billion fellow humans.
Me, I seek to find meaning with the beauty of nature and the natural world that we inhabit. And keeping life as *simple* as I can possibly make it. It's what makes me happy anyhow.

We are vehicles for DNA, just like every other organism on this planet. There is no purpose and no meaning, it is just biology which at its root is just chemistry. The odd thing is we have this big knot of neurons in our heads that let us ponder things and we come up with fantasies about what it all means.
