Monsoon picture is looking pretty bleak so far. We're not getting the easterly flow we need to juice things up.

I need rain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't take a bleak monsoon year.
Isn't there some kind of dance we can do or something?
I'm starting to feel like a fish in a bowl and his water needs changing!

Head on down to Apple Annie's in Willcox for the weekend. SE AZ is getting better moisture. They are having a sweet corn festival this weekend and peaches should be ready for you to pick too. Good family place. You might catch a good storm there too.

If anyone would like some information about Apple Annie's, here's a link to a story from last Sunday's edition of the Arizona Daily Star.

The monsoon has been active down here for about a week now. If you want to do something different, maybe try a trip to southeast Arizona for a weekend. You won't have the crowds like northern Arizona has this time of year. Here's a few places to visit. Inside Kartchner Caverns it is 68 degrees and if you do the Queen Mine tour in Bisbee it's a nippy 47 degrees underground.

If they let up a little on the chemtrail spraying we might get some rain. The easterly flow is there according to the weather maps.
