We want to buy an investment condo in Papago Park Village. We have never lived in that area and don't know whether that's a good area to invest. We want to rent it to professionals who have stable income. Our Realtor is not giving us much suggestion. Other than the plane noise, can anyone give us some pros and cons of buying an investment property there? We know the general pros and cons of renting an apartment/townhouse to students. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
