Weddings and Banquets at the Lazy K Bar Guest Ranch in Tucson, Arizona

A few other places you can check out:

The Boojum Tree Weddings

The Botanical Gardens Weddings and Events at the Garden | Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, AZ

The Farm The Farm at South Mountain | Weddings

There are also a lot of beautiful places in north/central Arizona too, like Sedona and Prescott.

Good luck!
I would cross Boojum Tree off the list. No restrooms for guests, poor facilities.

Yeah I wish I could do it in Sedona. That is my dream locale! Standing in a red rock canyon exchanging our vows, I wish! Everything starts getting so expensive when I start looking into Sedona.

Yeah, just from looking at the place I can tell its not in my budget anyways.

I'm thinking more naturalistic. I guess nature should be inexpensive, but no, these parks what to charge out the yang because wedding automatically means big $$$. Where do they get these ideas from??

You might look into the Sedona Heritage Museum. It's not as glamorous as other sites, but my friends married there a couple years ago, and it was lovely. They had the ceremony at the edge of an orchard, and a reception afterwards at a bed & breakfast where they stayed their wedding night. I think the b&b was pricey, but the museum was not. They rented table linens, etc. from a company in nearby Cottonwood, made their own centerpieces, and had the food catered by a local restaurant.

Here's the website photos. Mind you, their wedding was small but sophisticated. It did not take place in the barn-like structure. The orchard location features the magnificent red rocks in the background. More Wedding Photos (http://www.sedonamuseum.org/MoreWeddingPhotos.html - broken link)

I had NO IDEA! Those that I know that have attended weddings there spoke fondly of it. Maybe they just never took a drink of anything while they were there.

Well, I think they had portable toilets the time I went. But you know when you're wearing a suit and you want running water and a mirror, it's not the best situation. They did have a little indoor bathroom where the bride gets dressed, so people probably used that one too.

Finding a beautiful and inexpensive outdoor location is not a problem in Sedona. We could go and walk out to Bell Rock or Merry-go-round rock for a jaw dropping view, the problem is getting everyone to drive out there. I have a feeling people would think its a drag to go all that way for a wedding. Also, the vendors in Sedona! OMG!

OK. I made the suggestion because you said Sedona was your dream location. Best wishes on your search.
