Good to see that there is still a lot of interest from people looking to buy in the Phoenix area, though as the article says, it has a lot to do with such hugh price declines and foreclosures...but it could be worse, you could have the same declines/foreclosures and no one looking to buy.

Well, yeah. Home prices (and cost of living in general) are low. Phoenix is a great city with a lot going for it. The rest of Arizona is at your back door.
The current housing market (while currently slow--as it is here just about every year in the fall) is attacting folks from all over the country and even Canada.
