Cox just rolled out their new DVR guide, and it looks like something an idiot designed: Cox Home Page Location Interceptor | Cox Communications - it wastes so much screen real estate with that wide border. I hate it.

I still have a 32" tube TV and it gives me significantly less info than the previous DVR guide style. Who is the idiot or idiots at COX that thoughts this guide up?? Might be time to move to Dish... sigh...

Their name sort of says it all, doesn't it? Who would name their company a word that sounds like male genitalia? Was Gonads already taken by someone?

Well said.....I still am still upset about them phasing out video tapes and going to dvd and blueray. What the heck am I supposed to do with the 3000 movie tapes I have? That was $75,000 down the drain.

I suppose soon I won't be able to use my rotary phones anymore either.

Change is evil. I think the Amish may have it right.

I still haven't gotten over the changes that Microsoft Windows has gone through. What's wrong with Windows 95?!?!?!?

Cox must be proud of it. I got a letter, an email AND a phone call to tell me about it.

Funny to hear others thoughts. I moved out here recently and their interface was the first thing i commented on when they turned on service. Could not believe how outdated it was. Absolutely horrible. I'll take anything over that old one. It was like seeing an old PC monitor in a 1980's movie with pixelated fonts and so forth..
