Just wanted to let everyone know that we bought a unit in the Allison and it's been almost a year now. We love the complex and our unit is great. Just a note from the other reviews you might see....from what we noticed these condos are now being sold, all the people who own the units here love it and have no complaints. All the negitive posts are from renters who are getting pushed out or can't afford to buy a unit. This was what we gathered from talking to a variety of ppl in the complex. The renters are really upset with management and they don't seem to get a long. My family is very close to buying another condo in scottsdale and it will most likely be in The Allison because for the quality and price/location this place cant be beat. Hope this helps... [/LEFT]

Thanks for that post. It illustrates what is wrong with the rating sites for rentals. Most of the ratings there are posted by people with an axe to grind; people who have good experiences don't bother to share them on those sites.

Allison Condos Scottsdale
Can anyone give me an update on this condo complex as we live in canada. We own a unit here and love it. However, a family friend wants a condo here as well and we want to give them other ppl's views.... any new or updated info about this complex. Would you say this is a good location or a good buy. Any new info would help....thanks so much.
