It is FHA, why is this a problem?, down payment will be 3.5 percent of agreed upon price.

Never say "never" but........average FICO for FHA is 700ish now, so that is part of it, too. And what about your employment? Based on what you've stated so far, I will say NO. Of all the HOMESTEPS ads on the properties that say buy this for 3.5% down--a minute amount actually sell that way--ironically it is probably about 3.5%, lol. Many, many cash deals now. Rates have never been lower, yet it has never been more difficult to get a loan. Hard money is getting 15-18% with 30% down.

Send me a DM and I'll give you the name of a loan officer with a large company who is very thorough, and will work with her clients to help them get to where they need to be in order to get approval.

This is the best post of the day.
I'm working with a broker that says employment length is not an issue in Phoenix, when qualifying for a loan.
Especially staying within the same industry.
