I've read some bad reviews of this apartment complex, but a few that say it's better now.

Looking for a safe place close to MCC and ASU for 19 yo male moving there from Illinois.

Anyone live there now and can comment?

it's well known that those apartment review websites are skewed toward negative reviews by disgruntled evicted tenants and similar....

but I don't know that place, so maybe.....??

I hope others can give direct comment.....

I had to google this one-- are you talking about "The Park in Tempe" at Southern & Rural? That small complex has gone through 2 or 3 name changes (and probably mgmt changes) in the last several years.

Are you planning on driving to campus, walking, or public transportation?

I currently live here and am not planning on renewing a lease.[mod cut-- consumer complaint not permitted under TOS for site]
