is your company putting you up in a hotel..or are you having to pay out of pocket?

Most places I've looked at require the tenant to pay the electric bill. A "NICE" place will likely have you pay everything. You'll have to lower your standards a bit if you want all utilities paid. Regardless, "free utilities" is a scam if you ask me. I currently have "free utilities" but they make up for it in the monthly rent. Other places I've checked out are a bit cheaper but I have to pay the electric. Either way I go the overall cost is the same.

There are some apartment locator services that advertise heavily on Craigslist. FWIW, I'd have to agree with the above poster - the properties listed as "utilities included" are quite often kinda dumpy, and they get to pick the temperature in your apartment...

Is there a specific reason why you must have the utilities included?

I just moved here and I am sure I will run the a/c a lot when it gets hot. Probably keet it at 70 or below. Uit. included will help me and I won't see an outrageous bill.
