Hi there, is anyone familiar with this community? We'll be in Phoenix next month and I'm interested in this neighborhood. The homes look tiny in pictures, but the square footage they have listed is a good size. I notice the lots are smaller than the rest of Vistancia as well. Is Rosewood a good builder? Thanks!

Good builder in our opinion. He came into the picture a bit late in the game here and got hit with the economy. The homes are very nicely done, a bit chopped up as far as floor plans go, but he addresses or did when we looked the 4 sides of the home, not just planting a nice face on a stucco box. They have little courtyard/patios off the side on some of the plans and I really liked that. I believe Shea Homes has a spec or two left as well if you want a new build. The prices are very decent right now and sales seem to be moving here. The foreclosed homes leave the market very fast in most cases so I think the ship has left the dock as far as fireside sales go. Vistancia is a very nice family community. Best of luck.
