I love randall Martin! And I did not find them cheap compared to like Beazer and KB homes they are the best!At least in Avondale they are well made!

Nothing is cheaper looking than a KB, they are in a league by themselves.

You really need to go see in person...there are A LOT of cheaply constructed tract homes in AZ...plus stucco doesn't particularly age well and lots of people are too cheap to maintain/paint...and especially on the low end...$300K range or so...frankly, we never knew just how cheaply our production Scottsdale home was until we built our own home up north...insulation, framing quality (wood, squareness, etc.), AC units, door quality, cabinet quality, foundation, appliance quality and on and on...
